The location here is amazing, just a quick walk to the Eye of Shinjuku, and the rooms are practical and snug with access to the executive lounge.

Quiet hotel, stayed here for 3 nights and had a fairly nice experience. The staff was exceptionally nice, amiable. The room was nice styled and decent sized with a nice view and it had bar service, that's cool.

Check out staf person (man) was impolite (unusual in Japan). All other staf was very polite.

This hotel is centrally located and offers comfortable rooms with cute pink and purple slippers, along with spacious bathrooms.

We liked being there and would definitely come back. The weather was pleasant, had very nice stay for 4 nights. The location was fantastic and amazing - 400 metres away from Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings. The staff was very attentive and absolutely courteous, kept everything overall clean and really good.

In our cozy room, we enjoyed having a wake-up call service and a bar just a few steps away. Plus, we had access to the club lounge! 🍸

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand. The location was ideal, with Shinjuku and the train station within walking distance. The hotel was quiet and clean, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room amenities were convenient, with USB charging ports and tea/coffee making facilities. Despite the smallish size of the rooms, I found them to be adequate compared to other options in Tokyo. Although the breakfast hours were a bit early for me, the breakfast itself was decent. I would highly recommend Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable stay.
